Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN GIVEAWAYS. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BUY ANYTHING TO ENTER GIVEAWAYS. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. THE GIVEAWAYS ARE FREE AND BY CHANCE, THERE IS NO ENTRY FEE.

1. Eligibility:

Time 4 Winning, Inc. giveaways (the "Giveaways") are open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. In California, you must be at least 18 years old to participate in the Giveaways, unless otherwise specified. However, some consumer giveaways may limit participation to those who are 21 or older. Employees of Time 4 Winning, Inc., and other companies associated with the promotion of the Giveaways, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and advertising and promotion agencies as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. The Giveaways are subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

2. Sponsor:

The Giveaways are sponsored by Time 4 Winning, Inc., located at 83 Appian Way, Palm Desert, CA 92211 (the "Sponsor").

3. Agreement to Official Rules:

Participation in the Giveaways constitutes the entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon being compliant with these Official Rules and fulfilling all other requirements set forth herein.

4. Giveaways Period:

The Giveaways begin on December 1, 2024, at 12am. EST and ends on November 30, 2025, at 11:59pm EST (the "Giveaways Period"). Entries that are submitted before or after the Giveaways Period will be disqualified. Submissions will be accepted for the duration of the Giveaways using the following method QR Codes associated with forms to be filled out by the consumer. Entries that are submitted before or after the Giveaways Period will be deemed invalid.

5. How to Enter:

A Qualified Keller Williams agent will provide a QR code that will bring up a form. That form will need to be filled out completely by the entrant. The form will include the entrant’s name, physical address, email address, phone number and answering two questions. 1. Do you own a home? 2. Are you planning a remodel in the next 24 months? Once the form is filled out, the details of the entrant will be entered into the Time 4 Winning, Inc. and Keller Williams agent database. Based on the number of prizes that will be given out, weekly random drawings will occur. The QR code provided by the Keller Williams Real Estate agent may be made available to the consumer, but not limited through their phone, emails, print materials and social media. Limit one (1) entry per person, per email address, and per household for the duration of the Giveaways Period, regardless of method of entry. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Entry constitutes permission to use the winner’s name and photograph in television commercials, in website promotions, and for other promotional purposes, unless prohibited by law. 

6. Prize Drawing:

On December 1, 2024, and each week thereafter during the Giveaways, the Sponsor will select winners in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. The odds of being selected depend on the number of entries received. The Sponsor will attempt to notify the potential winner(s) via email each week during the Giveaways. 

7. Winner Notification:

The potential winner(s) will be notified by email. If a potential winner cannot be contacted or fails to submit the declaration and release within thirty (30) days after the date of the first attempt to contact him/her, the Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner in his/her place at random from the remaining non-winning, eligible entries.

8. Prizes:

100 - $250 (approximate retail value) Home Depot gift cards will be given away each month during the Giveaways. One $25,000 (approximate retail value) home makeover will be given away on November 30, 2025. The winner will be responsible for any taxes on the win. 

9. General Conditions:

In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Giveaways is impaired in any way for any reason, including, but not limited to, fraud, technical failures, regularly scheduled maintenance, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor, the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion take necessary appropriate action.

10. Odds of winning:

The odds of being selected depend on the number of entries received. Every entrant has an equal chance of winning, regardless of their financial means. The Giveaways are chance-based promotions where winners are randomly drawn from among eligible entries.
